Refund Policy

This is a plain-language policy for a new product and is provided for transparency; it is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
1. Free trial
DocuWright offers a 14-day free trial that requires a valid payment method up front. If you cancel any time before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your first payment is charged when the trial expires and your paid subscription begins. You may not receive a separate reminder that the trial is about to end.
2. Monthly subscription
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at a flat $69, in USD, through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. You authorize the recurring monthly charge until you cancel.
3. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Subscriptions are non-refundable
Except for the goodwill courtesy described below or where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Instead of a partial refund, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan does not renew after that.
5. 30-day goodwill refund
We want you to be comfortable trying DocuWright. If you are unhappy within the first 30 days of your first paid month, email support@docuwright.com and we will consider a full refund of that first payment. This is a discretionary courtesy rather than a contractual entitlement, and it applies to your first paid month only.
6. Your documents remain yours
The documents you generated during a paid or trial period remain yours. Canceling simply stops future billing. For details on how your firm's data is stored and how to delete it, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Questions
For any billing question, email support@docuwright.com from your account email and we will take care of it. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service; where any wording here would conflict with the Terms, the Terms govern.
